About Me
First and foremost I consider myself to be a spiritually curious person who embraces all aspects of the sacred journey. I am also a person who tends to my story with the trusted help of my own Spiritual Companion. This relationship is sacred and has helped to nurture my soul during my darkest and lightest moments.
Although my formal training is from the Christian tradition I embrace a much more holistic approach to spirituality, pathways and guidance.

I began my ministry of service 20 years ago as a Diaconal Minister with the Presbyterian Church in Canada. For the past 5 years I have been an ordained minister with the Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches. As a spiritual leader I have experience with program development, retreats, public speaking, leadership and team building and spiritual formation. I work with all ages providing opportunities for connection, community and curiosity.
As a Spiritual Companion/Director I completed training through the Ontario Jubilee Program from 2021-2023. I believe that telling our stories is a sacred act that transforms us in big and small ways. My role as a Spiritual Companion is to hold space, receive your story and trust love lovings embrace to heal, challenge and connect us with our selves, each other and all of creation.
