Retreats

Connection, Healing and Wholeness: This retreat can be done in person or online.

We will spend time contemplating on the ways we have disconnected from ourselves, others and the sacred. Together we will work towards a path of healing and wholeness that reconnects us to ourselves, community and the sacred. 

​

Truth and Wisdom Journey:: This is a full day away retreat.

Working with the wisdom traditions we will tap into our own wisdom and awaken to our inner truth.  

There will be many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors,  go for a walk in nature and enjoy moments of silence.

​

Hurt by Church: This is a program that addresses that impact that being hurt by church, church leadership, community has on our wellbeing. Together we explore our truth, engage in a process of healing and claiming a new story that embraces your whole self.

Retreats and workshops are offered either online or in person.

Retreats and workshops can be half day, full days and weekends. 

​

Costs vary depending on venue, participants and time.
