What is Spiritual Storytelling?

Spiritual Storytelling also called Spiritual Direction/Companioning and Soul Friend.

Spiritual Storytelling is a relationship between yourself and the sacred dance within you. The Spiritual Director is a witness to the sacred unfolding in your life. Giving space to tell your sacred story  and embrace the transformation awaiting you is a gift you will continually unwrap and learn from. "Life is a story. What does yours say." (Unknown)

About me

Hi! I am Andrew Holmes the founder of Spirit of Change. Welcome to Sharing Our Spiritual Stories. I am an ordained minister, spiritual seeker and spiritual companion. My calling is one of service, companioning and celebrating the sacred story that unfolds within each of us.

Spiritual Practices

Having a spiritual practice is a way of nurturing ourselves, mind, body and spirit. There are many ways to practise. For some it is an everyday routine. For others it happens in a more spontaneous way. There is no right or wrong way. Below are some examples and resources of spiritual practices that you may wish to explore.

We are not just matter. Neither are we just life, just mind, just soul, or just spirit. We are the cosmic dance of all five - a dance that plays itself out in every cell of our being just as much as it does in every corner of the cosmos. That is what it means to live the mystery of personhood.
